Heather Dooley, Au.D., CCC-A, CPS/A
Owner
Dr. Heather Hancock Dooley has been serving the Middle Tennessee area since 2001. Dr. Dooley grew up in Lebanon and returned home to serve her community. She attended the University of Tennessee to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1994. She then continued her studies there to obtain Master’s of Audiology in 1996.

After practicing within ENT clinic settings in Georgia and Florida, she returned home in 2001 to open Lifetime Hearing Clinic with her mother, Debbie Hancock. She was awarded “Young Careerist” by the Tennessee Business Professional Women in 2002 and was a 2003 graduate of Leadership Wilson. In 2006, she completed her Doctorate of Audiology at A.T. Still University. Dr. Dooley partnered with Regional ENT Associates as Director of Audiology in 2012.
Dr. Dooley has extensive training in diagnostic testing for hearing disorders and in hearing rehabilitation through use of amplification. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed in Audiology in the state of Tennessee. She currently serves on the Audiology Advisory Board for TruHearing.
Dr. Dooley lives in Lebanon with her husband and two children. She enjoys all forms of exercise including running, weight-lifting and Crossfit. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Joy Kurtz, BC-HIS
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Joy is a native of Lebanon, TN, and serves as our Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Since starting at Lifetime Hearing Clinic in 2015 as an Audiologist Technician, Joy has been an integral part of the team and always puts patients first.
Joy’s expertise is to ensure that your hearing aids are not only performing optimally, but also that our hearing solutions fit you and your lifestyle.
Prior to joining Lifetime Hearing Clinic, Joy cared for patients of Lebanon as a dental assistant for 22 years. In her free time, Joy loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and two children.
